September
In September I was given the opportunity to visit my Grandmother for two weeks and help take care of my cousins while their parents were in Ireland. The weekend before they left, my Grandmother took me up to Jerome (a Ghost town) to spend the night at a B&B, the Ghost City Inn. Built in the mountains about two hours north of Phoenix, it was a copper mining town. Part of the has been kept up and is now an arts community which caters to tourists, the rest is in ruins. One of the reasons our B&B (The Ghost Town Inn) was so popular was because of it's supposed ghost. I, however, did not receive the pleasure of his aquaintence. It's other attractions include a waterfall, fish pond and jacuzzi in the back and incredibly good food. Again we were able to go outlet shopping (I think we visited three different malls) and generally have a good time. If you have a Sonic near you, try the cherry limeade. I can highly recommend it! :~D
